Geographically, its main activities take place in Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Hungary and Romania, but the motorsport team provides a window to the world, participating in races on five continents.

The Logistics Division provides contract logistics services on various sites in and around the Liège region (Belgium), as well as on the Audi manufacturing site in Vorst (Brussels, Belgium). Its turnover for 2019 is around EUR 45mio and it employs > 500 FTEs.

The Real Estate Division is embarked on an ambitious investment program, planning >EUR 400mio of investments for the next 3-5 years and is active in 3 assets classes in 5 countries; Residential Real Estate in Belgium and Luxemburg; Logistics and (semi-) Industrial Real Estate in Belgium, Germany and Hungary; Office Real Estate in Romania.

The Motorsport Division sees its racing team (WRT) participate in various championships around the globe (including the prestigious DTM-series). WRT’s subsidiary AMP is active in manufacturing and preparing race cars.  Turnover of the Motorsport Division in 2019 was around EUR 20mio with ca. 90 FTEs.

SITE MANAGER – Tessenderlo

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop and lead logistics operations in a new warehouse (35000m2)
• Monitor the budgets to meet the business needs in the most cost-effective way, you will be responsible of the WH P&L
• Monitoring of KPI’s in line with the WSC business and customer requirements
• Develop an effective working environment to create motivated teams delivering efficient service
• Manage and coordinate the logistics operations with a team of team leaders, blue collars and white collars from the hiring to their development and coaching on the job
• Lead the training and coaching of staff to ensure the current and future skills and abilities so people work efficient and enjoy coming to work
• Optimize operational performance, cost-saving and implement continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain safety, cleanliness in work areas according to WSC and food safety standards

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics & transport or similar
• Relevant with min. 5 years’ experience logistics management or similar
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experienced with logistics flows and Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficient knowledge of both written and spoken English and Dutch. French is an asset.
